This warranty certificate must be presented to our service personnel each time when warranty service is required.
If you have difficulty in operating the unit, please consult your installer first.
To maintain efficiency and lifespan, owners are required to carry out proper routine service.
The warranty period for the equipment is twelve (12) months from the date of installation or eighteen (18) months from the date of delivery, whichever comes first.
Compressor: 3 years
Other parts: 1 year
For compressor warranty claims during the first year, Daikin will repair or replace faulty compressors.
For the second and third year, Daikin will provide the compressor part only.
End user shall bear the delivery, labour and material charges.
Tempering, alteration, unauthorized modification and misuse.
Damage caused during delivery, defective wiring or by operating the air-conditioners on incorrect voltage or fluctuations in electrical power supply.
Damage resulting from acts of God such as fire, lightning, strike or flood.
Equipment connected to other brand/maker.
Electric bulbs, fuses, and equipment internal/external finishing (e.g., cable, copper pipe, insulation pipe, etc.).
General servicing of the equipment.
Units installed at inaccessible positions.
Units installed at places where air is exposed to chemical fumes.
Workmanship problems found on external field piping and insulation materials.
Warranty coverage is only for repair; replacement is not provided.
All unregistered models and serials by Daikin Myanmar will not be covered.
Daikin Myanmar will not cover equipment from parallel or unauthorized imports.
